How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will be notified throughout the order process regarding your purchase. Please add your email or phone number on the order page if you would like shipping updates. Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent via email (please check your junk/spam mail folder, as it could go there).

 

How can I make an address change or change my order?

Please email us immediately to correct any address modifications. If your package has already shipped before you contact us, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Standard shipping takes 1–4 business days (excluding weekends).

 

Why was my order refunded?
